How To Play PS4 Games On PC? In the past few years, Sony has moved a lot of its first-party PlayStation 4 games to PCS. However, there are still a lot of games that haven’t been moved. You can use Remote Play to stream games from your PS4 to a PC so you can play all of your games on a PC. If you don’t have a PS4 or PS5, you can still use Sony’s PlayStation Plus Premium service to stream certain games on your PC, even if you don’t have a PS4 or PS5.

What you need to play PS4 games on a Windows PC or Mac

If you already have a PS4 or PS5, Sony’s Remote Play app is the best way to play PS4 games on your PC. For your computer to work with Remote Play, you’ll need:

  • Wireless controller (DualShock 4 recommended)

How to use a Windows PC or Mac to play PlayStation 4 games

How to Start Remote Play on the PS4

How to Play PlayStation Plus Premium Games on a Windows PC

If you don’t have a PS4, Sony’s PlayStation Plus service lets you stream hundreds of PS4, PS3, and older PlayStation games to a Windows PC. This was once possible with PlayStation Now cloud gaming, but in June 2022, this service was added to the PlayStation Plus Premium tier.

Before you download PlayStation Plus for PC, you should know these things:

  • You need to be signed up for PlayStation Plus Premium.
  • The app for PlayStation Plus can only be used on a Windows PC. It doesn’t work with Mac, Linux, iOS, or Android devices.
  • Gameplay is streaming only; you cannot download games.
  • PS5 titles are unavailable.
  • The DualShock 3 and 4 controllers are the only ones that work.

  • Go to the PS Plus PC site for Playstation and click “Download PlayStation Plus app.”
